Most of the time, our minds run on autopilot, shaped by habitual thoughts and reactions. But true leadership requires presence and intention. In this session, we will explore the patterns that shape our leadership and learn how to cultivate emotional agility—the ability to regulate emotions, steady our minds, and act in alignment with our values. We will also explore one of the most underrated leadership skills – listening, and experience how this skill can help us to cultivate empathy, humility, and trust-based connections that strengthen our communities.
